Would you like to improve your PC or Mac-based sound system and correct colorations caused by your room? The Dirac Live Room Correction Suite™ analyzes your audio system & room and corrects the sound. Choose between the Stereo Version software for 2-channels (two speakers), or the Full Version for up to 8-channels (surround system etc.).

The room optimization software improves sound quality when listening to a hifi system with your computer as a source and it is meant to cater the non-technical user as well as the audio engineer. The technology behind, Dirac Live®, is a result of years of research and patented digital signal processing which is used in high-end AVRs, luxury car sound systems such as Rolls Royce, BMW and Bentley and also in digital cinema theaters.

The room correction program consists of two pieces of software:

1. Dirac Live Calibration Tool

The calibration tool will show you step by step how to measure measure and analyze the degradations that your loudspeakers and room imposes on the sound. Correction data is generated automatically.

The room calibration tool requires a microphone for the measurements and works with standard and USB sound cards (DAC:s). If you are non-technical just take the measurements and the software figures out the rest! As an advanced user, you can however edit the target frequency response.

2. Dirac Audio Processor

Enables you to apply the created correction data to all sound that is played from your computer, regardless of media player or application.
